Events images are fun and reflect the photographer as story-teller. The photographer attempts to make that story accessible to the viewer. These are often spontaneous and photo journalistic in their nature.

The admitting Judge, Justice Davison, with law candidate Pete L at the Admission to the bar, Hamilton High Court. Justice Davison gave a stirring speech from the bench about his first major case as a young lawyer in Auckland. Justice Davison represented the wife and family of the late Captain Jim Collins who flew flight TE 901 in the Mt Erebus disaster. He was appointed a High Court Judge in December 2015.

185 Empty Chairs is an unofficial memorial to the 185 individuals who died in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake.

The Issac Theatre Royal is a heritage listed building in Christchurch, NZ designed by brothers Sydney and Alfred Luttrell, built in 1908. In 2004-2005 the theatre was redeveloped. The 2011 Christchurch earthquake caused considerable damage and then re-opened by John Key in November 2014.
QVB Stained glass window facing George Street, Sydney NSW. A heritage listed building designed by the then city architect George McRae in 1893 with the feature Romanesque arcade. The building has been restored twice more in 1984 and 2009. It features a wide range of specialty stores including Via Condotti and the Leica Store and gallery.
